Ian Jack, Woodland Manager at Lowther Forestry Group, was on hand at the recent RFS Excellence in Forestry Awards held at Wythenshawe Park, Manchester to accept the top award for Whinfell Forest in the category of Multipurpose Woodlands 2013 and second place for Lowther and Lonsdale Estate in the Silviculture category.
